Sacred Metamorphoses

  •  We find ways to listen to our Souls, and to directly experience the Divine, Spirit, or Source. We pause and breathe deeply instead of remaining stuck in traditional patterns of reacting.

  • We develop connection and space between ourselves and the stimulation of the world to cushion us from some of our pain.

  • We are curious about our connection within ourselves, with each other, and with Spirit, or Divine Love. We open our eyes and hearts, hearing and seeing all the wonders of this world, and to the cosmos.

  • We acknowledge the tragedies and traumas of human life and develop ways to assist in the healing of all living beings and the planet. We move from judging ourselves and others harshly to feeling, believing, and emanating mercy.

  • We learn to meditate, relaxing out bodies, breathing deeply.

  • We seek to embody the beauty of spiritual growth and transformation.

  • We open up to create new ways to move through grief, stress, conflicts, anger, and despair - to experience more freedom, safety and joy.

  • We are willing to understand the serendipity of life events even when troubling.

  • We create blessings and bridges for each other, sharing our wisdom and learning to receive and to be held.

  • We find ways to lay aside despair and realize that human suffering is a “crucible through which ecstasy reveals itself (Rumi Oracle Book, by Alana Fairchild, Passion of the Wild Red Mother).”

We gather together individually, in circles or groups, to participate in a variety of practices, becoming a community of people who are moving toward enlightened thought, feeling, action, and advancing toward the New Earth. Awakening as more energetic and fully alive human beings on this earth, we nurture and listen to our souls and all souls. Practices include processes such as guided meditation, music, intuitive writing, dream work, drumming, artistic expression, movement, singing/chanting, silence, sound healing, exploring oracle cards, using Richard Rudd’s book, The Gene Keys, and witnessing each other during our mystical and sacred explorations. We become attuned to elemental resources like Fire, Air, Earth, Water, and Spirit, calling upon the animal, plant, mineral, and spiritual kingdoms to collaborate with us, offering support, community, comfort, and safety in our world. Thanking all of our resources always.
